Since our pup does way better, an seems to prefer, staying in the cage during the day we need to do something like this. It would make her kennel a functioning part of the kitchen, instead of just an ugly cage that we can't use as storage...

white cabinets + wood + blue walls - we have wood of about this tone in our living room. It is currently wallpapered a much darker (ie: mid-90's) blue, which we want to change. I was still thinking blue, but lighter, though I didn't know how it would look. I like it!

Custom built-in dog crate/area. Now that's fantastic! A way to have a dog kennel without it being an eye sore and taking up lots of space. Clever, assuming he won't be scared of it...

Not sure how this would work with my puppies.. but it could be an interesting woodshop trial... This is GREAT! We could use this at home and that ugly thing just for travel!

A dog-kennel built into the wall? Pretty sweet. It looks great too. I'd add outside access. I think maybe it's possible through those windows.

.dog storage ;)

Cute built-in Dog Crate as part of the window seat. Granite counter on top as an end table. Great use of space.

The routine of caring for a pet can bring structure and purpose to daily life. Maybe you don't always want to get out of bed, but your pet wants you to. Isn't that a good thing?

DIY - Dog CraTE - made from an end table & wire (not a big fan of crates, but this looked cool)
