One of my new favorite smoothies. It taste like a milkshake, but is healthy enough for a meal. Chocolate Peanut Butter – 2 TBL unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 TBL peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk (or milk or water), ice, protein power optional. 320 calories total.
Homemade Apple Chips: 2 large apples 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 200˚F. Thinly slice apples about 1/8" thick.
