  • Foxbank Project

Charleston Benne Cookie recipe. We've been told by a Miss Beck Johnson (of the Sims family) who, as a little girl, spent a lot of time at Foxbank in the early 1900s recalls they used much less benne seed than the modern recipes. Miss Beck still makes these cookies today.
