2 cups Chickpeas, cooked
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Ginger, fresh
2 large handfuls Mint and/or cilantro
1/4 Red onion

Pasta & Grains

1 cup Millet, raw

Baking & Spices

3 grinds Black pepper, fresh
3 grinds Black pepper
1 tsp Paprika, smoky
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 Sea salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric, dried

Oils & Vinegars

1 Juice of two lemons or 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin


3 tbsp Olive oil or butter
