Easy Asian Beef & Noodles ~ This is delicious. It satisfies my craving for lo-mein. I have made with chicken and shrimp as well, just adjust the ramen noodle flavor to match. From WW cookbook Cooking for Two, it makes a HUGE 10 points serving. I am satisfied with 1/2 a serving.
I love Chinese food so so so much, and my Asian-loving friend (yes, that does sound weird, I know) has just reintroduced me to lo mein. I have only had the vegetable variety, but I am excited to try this recipe nonetheless! =)
Homemade Lo Mien Sauce: 1 C Teryaki or Soy sauce (low sodium is fine) 1 C Chicken broth (low sodium or salt-free is fine) .2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 2 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil 1 Tbsp Honey or Agave Nectar Mix this all up in a small saucepan Add pre cooked Lo Mien noodles and chopped vegetables. You can substitute a bag of frozen stir fry mix for vegetables. Mix all together and cook until vegetables are done. Then enjoy!
one pinner said-Lemon angel hair pasta with chicken and spinach. Easy weeknight meal. Gary called it one of the best things I've ever made and I didn't even put the red pepper in! The chicken recipe was soooo yummy too
