For example: I put in 8:30 AM and it tells me 11:30 PM, 1 AM, 2:30 Am or 4 AM. You can get one or more full sleep cycles depending on when you go to bed.- CRAZY! I tried this last night and it worked! Bed at 1:30am and up at 6am and I feel great.
