Comanche boy Pease Ross was the only male survivor of the 1860 raid in which Cynthia Ann Parker was recaptured from the tribe. Texas Ranger and soldier Sul Ross found the boy and took him to Waco to live with the Ross family. Offered the opportunity to return to the Comanches, he chose to stay with his adopted family. Lakshmi Bai India, c.1828 - 1858 Lakshmi Bai was the Rain, or queen, of Jhansi, India. She became a formidable leader in the 1857 Indian Rebellion, after the British government usurped her throne. A source of great courage and inspiration, Lakshmi often fought alongside her soliders. She also granted positions of power to women. Her untimely death was mourned by both Indian and British leaders, who held her in great esteem. Lakshmi is considered the epitome of female bravery in India today.


Geronimo was an important Apache Native American leader who rose to celebrity status. His many cunning escapes from Indian reservations and the failure of 10,000 Mexican and American soldiers to capture him and his 39 warriors gave him a permanent place in history.

The important battles of the war were Fort necessity, Fort Duquesne, and Montreal. The war ended by Montreal giving up and the English won. The Treat of Paris was signed in 1763 to officially end the war.

Crow Dog Within the Cheyenne tribe there used to be a military society made up of the strongest and bravest men. They were fierce fighters- unyielding. The Calvary called them Dog Soldiers or suicide soldiers. They often acted as rear guards, or sacrificial decoy, so the rest of the tribe could escape. Limited Edition of 75
