    This works for mums who are fit to start with and pregnant with baby number 1. For those like me who have carpel tunnel due to excess fluid in the wrists and over relaxed tendons in the hips due to the hormone relaxin and who find it difficult to walk/stand for too long at 15 weeks, this is not for me :) but if you can, go for it!

    I love how weight gain is the primary concern for most pregnant moms. I was told by my OB I was gaining too much weight. Well guess what? Turns out I have Lyme disease and was debilitated and made to feel like my weight gain was my fault. Pregnant moms simply need to eat right if they're lucky enough to hold down food. Women need to stop worrying about weight gain during pregnancy and just forget the pressure from stupid doctors and society about how much a pregnant woman is supposed to gain.
