The tibia is the larger of your two leg bones. The fibula is the smaller. 5 lbs of fat next to 5 lbs of muscle. Now THAT's Inspiration! And....this certainly explains that stat that says that 2/3's of Americans are overweight and half of those are obese....little muscle and lots of fat.
