    "Clapton is God". This famous piece of graffiti was spray-painted near Islington underground station sometime in 1967 by an avid fan of Eric Clapton’s and captured in this famous photograph. Other versions of the piece of graffiti began to pop up around London for a short while after.

    Back in the day, to keep the children still, the mother would be allowed into the photograph. But to keep the focus on the children, the mother would be masterfully camouflaged, blending seamlessly into the background. Or just disguised as a carpet-ghost.

    "Turkish artist Mehmet Ali Uysal created this fun installation (or is it more of a disinstallation?) where he transformed the white walls of the Nesrin Esirtgen gallery in Istanbul into his artwork. 'Peel,' as the exhibit was called, seemingly cut into the walls of the space and, well, peeled the gallery ‘skin’ away in slabs that bent, slouched, and recoiled from the walls."

    Hercules is an English Mastiff and who has a 38 inch neck and weighs 282 pounds. He was recently awarded the honorable distinction of Worlds Biggest Dog by Guinness World Records. The three-year-old is far larger and heavier than his breed’s standard 200lb. limit. Hercules owner Mr. Flynn says that Hercules weight is natural and not induced by a bizarre diet: “I fed him normal food and he just “grew” …. and grew, and grew, and grew.
