      Fresh summer corn, tomato, and cheddar pie. - While this was good, it was sadly not to die for as the picture suggests. I would make it again with some changes. I would leave out the mayo/lemon drizzle. I would use basil instead of chives...and lots of it! Oh and I used frozen pie crust this time so perhaps I would make it from scratch next time.

      Becky made this for us and I repinned her comments: Fresh summer corn, tomato, and cheese pie. Great summer dish. I didn't love it with cheddar so I highly recommend gruyere instead. Delicious biscuit crust, which I now use for all my savory pies.

      Fresh summer corn, tomato, and cheddar pie- If using bought pie crust, bake the bottom pie crust for 10 minutes on 400' degrees first, then fill pie according to directions.
