    Spinach burgers.. 1 bag thawed & well drained chopp spinach 2 egg whites 1 whole egg 1/4 c diced onion 1/2 c shredded cheese 1/2 c bread crumbs 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder Mix well - form patties or balls - heat in skillet with cooking spray - 4 to 6 min. Top with toppings, eat naked with hot sauce on top? SOOOO yummy. Gross by day 3 though. - Meg

Yum...You could also bring this to a brunch. REVIEW: If I ever make this again I would definitely have to bring it to a big group brunch because it was just too much of the same thing for us. We were sick of it by the end and didn't finish it, but it was tasty the first time for sure.
