These Easy Lemon Tarts have only 3 ingredients and will satisfy your lemon craving!

1 large sheet puff pastry a little plain flour 1 fresh mozzarella, sliced 20 cherry tomatoes salt and pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil fresh basil Preheat oven to 375F. 12-15mins
