2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
2 cups Confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt, fine
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Oils & Vinegars

1 1/4 cups Vegetable oil

1 cup Walnut pieces
