Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Whip the room temperature butter with whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and very smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two or until really light and fluffy. Makes about 3/4 cup
Perfect Cracker Dip-- 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious and not bad for you
Someone in my family always makes the Oreo Bowl of Goodness and I always stab someone to death trying to eat it all 1 bag Oreos, crushed 8oz cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup butter 1 cup powdered sugar 3 cups milk 2 sm boxes instant vanilla pudding 1/2 tsp vanilla 12 oz Cool Whip, thawed Cream together cream cheese, butter & powered sugar & vanilla. In separate bowl mix milk & pudding chill until set. fold in cool whip after pudding has set. add cream cheese mixture. layer with Oreos....
My sister in law makes this every Christmas and I eat my weight in it! 1 can - Cherry pie filling, can of Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz, 1 8oz can of Crushed Pineapple 2/3 bag Mini Marshmallows, 16-24oz Cool Whip.
PUPPY CHOW - ½ C peanut butter; ¼ C butter; 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1 tsp vanilla; 9 C Rice Chex; 2 C powdered sugar - Add cereal to large bowl with plenty of room to mix. Set aside. Place peanut butter, butter & chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl & microwave on high 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla & stir. Pour over cereal & toss/stir to coat evenly. Pour powdered sugar over cereal. Stir/Toss to coat evenly. *Linked recipe says 1 ½ C sugar, I use 2 C.
Mini-Cheesecakes - 2 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temperature 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 Tbsp vanilla 1 Tbsp lemon juice vanilla wafers 2″ aluminum mini baking cups Spoon approximately 3 Tbsp of cream cheese mixture over each wafer. Makes about 4 dozen. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.

Topping 8 oz. cream cheese, softened cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 container Cool Whip, thawed Assorted Fresh Fruit For topping, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Store in refrigerator.
