    I like this activity for a reinforcer: bright/fun colored clothespins & paint sticks. the kids get one for every 5 times they do something correctly. The one with the most at the end of the session gets his/her name put in a drawing for an extra trip to the speech box at the end of the month. Positive reinforcer to get kiddos to do a bunch of trials.

    Popcorn word box: students use words in their box to do activities. For example, write a sentence using a popcorn word and 'butter' or highlight the word in the sentence. Another idea: send home a celebration bag of popcorn after child has mastered a set number of words.
