White bean and avocado club.  Too much bread, too much food, not enough texture. The white bean mix was good though (and adds a lot of fiber), so I made it again for lunch today as an open-face sandwich. I added cucumbers to help the texture. Next time I'll also add tomatoes, and I think it'll be perfect.
