This was the Grand Prix winner. It's decent, not my favorite.
I chose this IMAGE because it depicts a trashcan that has a sing that reads "I eat more better than 60% of the world's children" because they are in poverty and people like to waste food by throwing it away.
The sad truth is that trash can have leftovers that we can't finish and the gross part of the banana that is way to bruised and mushy to eat. But 60% of the worlds children are eating less than a non human disposal bin. We need to reevaluate what we throw away and do our best to eat everything we can, because there is a trashcan out there that is going to be getting a meal that a child across the world would die for.

Giant drinking straws were placed in waterways, streams and rivers around Kuala Lumpur city. The waterway shown here, for example, is actually the once pristine Ampang River, but it is now so pulluted it looks like a sewage drain. A notice board attached to the giant straw calls the public to vote for compulsory recycling to curb water pollution. This excercise is in conjuction with the Arts and Earth Festival organised by the Global Environment Centre.
This is one of my favourite guerrilla advertisements as it has a strong message behind it. Pollution is obviously a very big thing, that we don't really think about. This advertisement puts it into perspective, if we keep polluting it will reach a point where we have no choice to drink the water that we have ruined. Help save this planet! This image is affective as it simple and shows us a human hand holding 'hands' with a branch. The branch is something that is not usually considered 'human - like', but by showing it doing a human like action like holding hands it becomes affective and eye-catching. It reminds us to be kind to the environment, and this it is a living life-form too. I think this is aimed towards adults who may forget to be kind to the environment in their daily busy lives.
