Baked Zucchini Chips! Zucchini, canola cooking spray, seasoned salt or other seasoning(s). Spray parchment paper or nonstick foil with canola oil. Slice zucchini into thin medallions. Lay out slices on prepared baking sheet, and spray tops lightly with additional cooking spray. Season. Bake 30 min, rotate, and bake 30-50 additional mins.

Use LESS than what seems appropriate. Shrinks considerably in oven, if you use too much it gets too concentrated. It's better to under season & add more later. Bake @ 225 45 min. Rotate sheet, 30-50 min til chips browned & crisp. Best in first 2 hrs as they get chewy. One serving 1/4-1/3 cup. gm
