This Pakistani curry has a deep purple hue and is flavoured with fragrant cinnamon, cumin and coriander. Had it for dinner last night and it was absolutely delicious. We were missing a vital ingredient i.e coriander but even without it was fantastic.
The perfect weeknight dinner: 15 minute coconut salmon with kale. *I added a lot more green curry paste and coconut milk than asked - I wanted more sauce - I also suggest adding more spice if you like things on the spicier side!
