Crafts for a Beautiful Christmas Mantel

Do with fun word for springtime! (Turn your mantel into a holiday greeting. Trace large wooden letters onto scrapbooking paper. Cut out the shapes and use decoupage medium to adhere the papers to the wooden letters. For a bit of sparkle, apply another thin coat of decoupage medium to the letters and sprinkle with glitter.)

DIY. Get a dollar store trash an and hot glue top around the entire thing. I'd probably use a trash can that was just plastic so you didn't need the plastic bag to cover the mesh inside.

Print out a pattern you like, place a sheet of wax paper over it and trace the pattern with puffy paints. When it dries peel it off the wax paper and apply it to it's permanent surface.

wood letters glued to canvas then all painted a solid color. wouldn't pick this phrase but this is pretty
