Tandoori Chicken Burgers. This is a favorite at our house now. Feel free to use ground turkey if it's cheaper. We like to marinate the burgers (slightly frozen) for about 1 hour in store-bought tandori paste. Delicious!

Dal Nirvana: Amazing and Cheap! I substituted greek yogurt for the cream and added in some coriander and cumin with the cayenne. Fresh ginger is also a must - makes it zing! Definitely making this again! ( i also did not use the garlic as recommended)
