    The healthiest options are meat, milk and eggs. They are the only foods with complete protein as well. Legumes and nuts have low quality, incomplete amino acid profiles. Animal based fats are also much healthier. We are animals and best assimilate animal fats. Too much plant fats, particularly linoleic acid, causes health issues. Nuts and seeds contain boatloads of linoleic acid. Meat contains very little by comparison.

Protein is one of the key factors to a healthy diet. These are healthy protein-packed recipes without meat (great for vegetarians and vegans looking to get more protein)
