Haven't tried this, but from another website: 1/2 c mayonnaise, 1/4 c yellow mustard, 1/4 c honey, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder. Mix all together. Keeps for 1 week in the refrigerator. It is very tasty.

Add steak, turn to coat; marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Grill until desired doneness. Let stand, covered loosely with foil for 10 minutes, before cutting in thin strips against the grain.
