Beat on HIGH for 2-3 min to make fluffy! Keeps in freezer for up to 3 months.. YUM! Options: Cut sugar to 3 c & use evaporated milk instead of 2% = much creamer. For chocolate, add 3+ Tblsp Hershey Powder Cocoa. Cream cheese icing add 4oz of cream cheese.

Jello Frosting: Such an easy and delicious frosting! 3 ounce pkg. of Jello (favorite flavor) 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1 egg white 1 teaspoon vanilla Place the above ingredients in a large GLASS OR METAL mixing bowl (OF A STAND MIXER). Turn the mixer on high just as you add ½ cup of boiling water. Whip on high for five minutes and VOILÀ!!!
