LOVE to do this....Crab Boil Seasoning (I use Old Bay) 12 baby red potatoes 6 ears of corn, shucked and silk removed One 12 oz can or bottle of domestic beer 1 medium-size white onion, quartered 2 packages smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 lb medium to large raw shrimp, in the shell (we add red potatoes and sometimes crab legs too)

Low Country Boil Kabobs. Thread onto skewers : boiled potatoes,uncooked shrimp,chunks of sausage and pieces of corn (use a nail to make hole in middle) Brush with melted butter and Old Bay Seasoning. Put on grill turning for as long as it takes for shrimp to cook 5 to 8 minutes( shrimp will become pink). Do not over cook (minus the sausage)

Low Country Boil --- We called this Frogmore Stew. boiled outside in turkey fryer and dump right onto newspaper. Eat with your fingers! Fun food when you have family & friends over :)
