Crispy Edamame with Parmesan - great alternative to movie popcorn!

Crispy Edamame Fritters- I can low carb it but using using pork rinds instead of bread crumbs and soy milk instead of regular milk.

1 package frozen shelled edamame 1 tbsp olive oil ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese ¼ tsp garlic powder salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let frozen edamame thaw on the countertop. Dry on paper towel if necessary. Mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. In separate bowl, toss edamame with olive oil. Add the parmesan-spice mixture to the edamame

Crispy "Popcorn" Edamame. **one 12oz. bag of frozen shelled edamame 1 tsp. olive oil the juice from half a lemon (about 2 tsp.) sprinkle of salt (to taste) Cooking Directions Allow frozen edamame to thaw on the counter or under lukewarm running water. Toss edamame with oil and lemon juice. Bake at 375F degrees on a foil-lined baking sheet 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Salt to taste while still hot. Cool completely before storing.
