Isaiah 66:9.. God's promise. My Bible says the reverse: "Do I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?" says your God. The pain comes first, as if it must come first and not so much that birth or something good, always follows pain. A message of hope either way but the painted sign is a bit softer and more hopeful. Fitting.
Was just thinking about this in the morning. One of the sikh scriptures says "when you were a child in your mother's womb, who was there to take care of you - so why do you worry now?" The lord will always take care.
I love you. I don't know what's gonna happen in the future but I have you. You don't know how happy that makes me.
Need to remember this-------it's hard to remember when you have your head slammed into a wall over and over during a long weekend away, by a drunk who's arrogant, narcissistic, and thinks a good life is drinking a 12 pack of beer and smoking a pack of cigs every day!!! Some GREAT life, huh???
