Each program has been designed to fall into one of three intensity categories: low, moderate or high intensity. You are able to select a program based on your individual needs on both the treadmill and elliptical machines. Sometimes, though, a program may be a bit too difficult or too challenging. Maybe you are new to Koko and just getting a feel for what your right intensity level is, or it’s time to ramp it up. Either way, you don’t want to stop what you are doing and start a new program.
