Dairy Queen is a chain of soft serve and fast food restaurants owned by International Dairy Queen, Inc, which also owns Orange Julius and Karmelkorn. The name "Dairy Queen" is taken from the name of their soft serve product, which the company refers to as "Dairy Queen" or "DQ". The first Dairy Queen store opened in 1940 in Joliet, Illinois.

Fried Baloney - Dad loved this stuff!!
The Country Cook: Fried Bologna Sandwich - I just had to pin this one. I made these as a kid. I allowed my edges to get a little darker though. That was the best part!!!
Fried Baloney! This brings back warm, fuzzy memories. I lived near Lake Ontario as a kid & we would get very violent electrical storms & the power would go out. My Mom would take a magnetic flashlight & stick it to the hood over the stove to illuminate the cooktop below & she would make us kids fried baloney sandwiches & grilled pepper sandwiches for her & my Dad on the gas stove. The smell was amazing! And for some reason, in the midst of the thunder & the darkness, nothing ever tasted so good! ~Skye
DAD LOVED THESE, SO DID I, FRIED BOLOGNA SANDWICH
