1 (6-ounce) packages Raspberries, fresh


2 Egg white, large
1 Eggs, large


1 Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

2 Granulated sugar
1 Potato starch
1 Dash Salt

Nuts & Seeds

1 Pistachios, dry roasted


kosher-for-Passover powdered sugar (optional)

Made this delicious and easy pavlova last summer, definitely making it again sometime soon! To cut down on the sweetness, I added a little bit of Greek yogurt on top that had been just slightly sweetened with agave nectar.
