Skinny Sangria Ingredients Makes 1 serving: 170 calories 1 lemon 1 orange 1 peach 1 strawberry 3 oz Pinot Noir 1/2 oz pear vodka 1 tsp orange blossom honey 1 oz rosé sparkling wine Directions Thinly slice the lemon, orange, peach and strawberry. Place 1 slice of each fruit into a Collins glass and fill with ice. In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, add the wine, pear vodka, and orange blossom honey. Shake until the tin is frosted. Strain into a prepared glass over ice and add the rosé sparkling wine. Serve with a straw.
Frostbite - 1½ oz tequila - 1 oz cream - ½ oz blue curaçao - 1 oz chocolate liqueur - ½ oz crème de menthe
Ingredients 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 lime 3 sprigs mint 1.5 ounces light rum Soda water Directions Put the sugar in a highball glass (or any 8- to 12-ounce glass), squeeze in the juice of 1/2 small lime, and toss in the squeezed lime shell. Add mint sprigs and muddle for a moment. Then add the light rum and handful of ice, and fill with chilled soda water. Makes 1 drink.

Holiday Sangria. The best of what is available during the fall and winter holidays - cranberry, pomegranate, orange, apple, and of course a good white wine.
Summertime Sangria: 1 Bottle White Zinfandel, 8 ozs of Strawberry Daiquiri Mix, 6 ozs of Peach-Flavored Mixer, 8 ozs of pineapple juice, 16 ozs of pineapple rum. Assorted fresh fruits: strawberries, pineapple, lemons, limes, oranges, or peaches. Mix, refrigerate & serve!
