Buffalo Chicken Nachos I made these for Game Day and they were great. I added bell peppers when cooking my nachos. If you don't like soggy chips you may want to forgo pouring the leftover sauce. It will remove some of the heat as well. Will cook again!!!
Buffalo Chicken Nachos 1 chicken breast 3/4C buffalo sauce 1C chicken stock 1/2C black beans, rinsed and drained 1/3C celery, chopped 1 1/2C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Tortilla chips Directions: Add chicken breast, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and chicken stock to a small saucepan. Cook over medium/low heat. Shred chicken Toss with remaining 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
