Great way to teach reading - word family eggs - I changed this up a little for speech therapy. Each egg I wrote on in sharpie marker and I did initial and final sounds that they could twist the egg to create new words that started or ended with their sound. I give them these while I'm working one on one with another student
Finally, a great way to use all those empty (hmmm...I'll have to check for chocolate) plastic Easter eggs! lol
Fun Easter themed matching activity for practicing rhyme. 24 colorful rhyming eggs.
This emergent reader little book is a great way to begin reading with young students. This story uses a predictable pattern, "Spring, Spring, what do you see?" to support emerging readers. This story includes several Spring vocabulary words, such as caterpillar, butterfly, ladybug, rainbow, and umbrella. This book includes the same text on both the top and bottom of each sheet of paper to make copying, sorting, stapling, and cutting easy to create a class set of little books!!
