Watermelon Fizz ... How to = Puree the 2 cups of watermelon in a food processor or blender then pour through a strainer. Fill each cup with ice. Pour about 1/3 – 1/2 cup of watermelon juice over the ice follow by the juice of 1 lime. If using Gin add 1 1/2 oz to each glass. Pour in 2/3 cup of Ginger Ale, and stir. Garnish with frozen watermelon, and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
Protein shake that tastes like Wendy's Frosty! Hmmm... 3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk (or milk of your choice) about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (1/4 of a frozen banana or stevia).
