Guacamole Deviled Eggs: 6 hard boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise, 1 ripe avocado pitted and peeled, 1 tbsp fresh lime juice, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic (or 1 tsp minced garlic), 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Cilantro (or 2 tsp finely chopped cilantro), Smoked Paprika

One of the healthiest and yummiest breakfast/snacks ever!! High in protein and healthy fats. SO good for you! And delicious. Ingredients: Whole avocado Eggs Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice) Cheese (optional) Remove the pit from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the pit's crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until egg is cooked to the level you like.
