Frozen Mango Rum Cocktail***** 2 cups of cubed mango frozen or fresh (about 3 small mangos)*** 3 cups of pineapple juice*** 4 to 6 ounces of coconut rum*** 4T of sugar or more to taste*** 1 or 2 handfuls of ice*** Put all the ingredients into the blender and whip until smooth and thick. If it's too thick for you, just add a little more juice. Add more or less sugar to taste, and more or less rum to taste.
