Eat your fruit! This is one of those lifestyle changes that I made. On any given day I consume 6 to 10 pieces of fruit. There are some that will eat 30 bananas a day. That may not be for me right now. In fact I haven't ever thought that was "healthy". To me a moderation of food intake is the best policy.

Breakfast: Whole wheat toast, peanut butter, sliced bananas, with apples and raisins.

Fruit and wine is always good. Side bebefit is they are both healthy for us
