I was so excited when I found this easy to read food combining chart last week. It really helps when making smoothies and cooking for the family. It sure has made a big difference to me since I have been using it and paying attention to what foods I have been combining. Digestion rates sure makes a difference!
Some foods should not be combined in one meal. Using this chart: At each meal you simply pick ONE category (i.e. starch, flesh, nuts & seeds, etc.) and only eat out of that category during your meal. All of the foods listed within the same category combine well with each other, and you may also include anything from the “Neutral” column in any of your meals.
