Mushroom Asiago Chicken -- tried tonight 9/18/13. It was delicious. My husband and I both loved it. The chicken was so tender and the sliced mushrooms were very flavorful. I did use dried thyme instead of fresh but all in all an amazing and easy dish!
I had a Pork Chop Marsala at Francesca's the other night. Was so incredible I decided I have to make it. Found this recipe. Would double the sauce, maybe double the mushrooms, use thick cut bone-in chops, and add flour after the mushrooms for a thicker sauce. Can't wait to make it.
