Why else people cry when a disabled fictional character is abused, yet remain silent when real life abuse is happening all the time right in front of them? @AmySequenzia on Ollibean

More Problems With Functioning Labels Life changes and so do we. And if some still cannot care for themselves, like me, this is not a reason to dismiss us and reduce us to a pointless functioning label. Who knows in which body the next brilliant brain resides, if opportunities are not equal. Amy Sequenzia

Ollibean is a website that embodies the philosophy of inclusion. It brings people information, resources, and research related to disability issues with the belief in knowledge and equity for all together. There is information for educators to use ranging from current disability issues to advice on assistive technology. I would also use this site to study the articles written by self-advocates who give insight into the need for inclusion.
