Egyptian Caracal Cat | Caracal kittens The Caracal, is a fiercely territorial medium-sized ... The most distinguishing feature of the caracal is the long black tufts on the back of the ears roughly 1.75 inches (4.4 cm) long. These cats are found in Africa and South West Asia and you will most likely find them dry woodlands, savannahs, grasslands and deserts. Though the Caracal is considered as a small big cat it has been seen that these feisty felines are able to take down an Ostrich!! they have been known to hunt rodents, rabbits, birds, antelope, gazelles and as seen in the above pictures hares.

Caracal Kittens Look, Pokémon babies! No, just kidding. These are kittens of the caracal cat, also known as the desert lynx. They're found across Africa, central Asia and southwest Asia into India. Check out the tuft of hair on top of their ears - as adults, it's a full 50% the length of the ear itself. Scottish wildcat. This is hilarious. Depending on who you ask (on Pinterest), there are only 40 left, only 100 left, only 400 left, or they are “not endangered at all”. Also, they’re “adorable”. Most people seem to agree on one thing, though. Scottish wildcats are fierce, and all attempts to domesticate them have failed. If I ever encountered one, I would FREEZE and hope it was content to let me go about my business.
