+Crockpot Lemon Chicken - Put 1 stick of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay 3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts in pot. Sprinkle one packet of Italian dressing mix over chicken, drizzle with 1/4 cup lemon juice. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve over rice or noodles, with juices from the pot.
