Smothered Pork Chops - Crockpot or roasting pan w/lid. Combine 1 can each, mushroom & cream of celery soup with 2 cans beef broth. Add 1 chopped onion & 15-20 lg chopped mushrooms. 4 lg cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, salt & pepper. (Optional) Sear 4-8 seasoned porkchops. Add chops to mixture and cook on low 8 hrs for crockpot or 350 degrees 4 hrs in oven. Thicken gravy if desired w/cornstarch & milk. Serve over mashed potatos.
