'Cake' Ice Cream Cones

2 Eggs

Baking & Spices

1 box Favorite cake mix
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Cooking oil


24 Flat-bottomed ice cream cones


11/16 cup Water

    JOY Ice Cream Cupcake Cones! What you will need: 24 JOY ice cream cones 1 box favorite cake mix 1/2 cup cold water 2 eggs 3 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon cooking oil Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cake mix and 1/2 cup water. Beat 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, water, vanilla and oil. Place cones in muffin tins or on cookie sheet and fill each 1/2 full with batter. Bake 20 minutes or until cake springs back to the touch. Frost and decorate when cooled.

Another pinner said: Kids birthday ice cream cupcakes! I just used store-bought tubs of icing(except I made the green), filled ziploc bags, cut the corner off, and piped on the icing. It works in a pinch! I used gumdrops instead of gum balls and used cookie icing for the "chocolate syrup" because it has that drippy look. These are so easy and cute!! Big hit!!
