    Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries: strawberries + 8 oz softened cream cheese + 3-4 Tblsp powdered sugar + 1 tspn vanilla extract + 1/4-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs. Remove strawberry tops & core out center. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add the cheesecake filling into a piping bag (or Ziploc with the corner snipped off). Fill the strawberries with cheesecake mixture & sprinkle tops with graham cracker crumbs.

    Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries: 1 # strawberries 8 oz cream cheese 4 TBSP powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla .5 cup graham cracker crumbs 1. Rinse strawberries & cut around top of the strawberry. Remove the top & clean out with a paring knife. 2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar & vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag & fill strawberries. 3. Spread snickers on bottom of pie crust. Next layer the apples next. Then drizzle caramel on top. Mini Oreo cheesecake- fun variation on the Nilla wafer mini cheesecakes. The cream cheese is very delish with the sour cream in it. I used light sour cream and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. They took a while longer to bake, but otherwise turned out just fine. A little bit of a crust on the top which may not be there if using full fat? Definitely good enough to make again :)
