Dangerous knowledge ... Taco Johns Potato Ole Seasoning: 4 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp cayenne pepper Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle on tator tots or crispy crowns. Bake tots or crowns following instructions on package. Why have I never known this..

Walking Tacos....we have these every camping trip without fail...but it for whatever reason never occurred to have them any other time :P This might be our quick dinner before Trick or Treating tonight!

Must try! 3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground beef, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1cup water, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground beef & drain, mix taco seasoning & 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min, add cream cheese to beef mixture, stir until melted & remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with beef mixture & gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered for 30 min

SHRIMP TACOS with CILANTRO LIME SAUCE • Ingredients: 1 lb frozen shrimp – defrosted, deveined, peeled, 6 oz Greek yogurt, ¼ C chopped cilantro, 2 Tb fresh lime juice, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, ½ head of cabbage thinly sliced – about 5 C, 8 corn tortillas, 4 tsp olive oil, Salt & pepper to taste • Yield: 4 servings
