    Stuffed Mushroom. Gent LOVED it when i made these as shown in recipe however...since I'm now on my health-kick, I couldn't follow the creamy, cheesy dip Recipe the second time I wanted them. So, i substituted the artichoke dip filling with a little of the seafood salad that I picked up at dominics and it was delicioso!! Healthy, tasty and only 5 min to make. Doesn't get any better than this :)
