Svensk semla och alla ingredienserna i små skålar. Gammal tradition. Är väldig popular under februari månad i sverige då Fastlagssöndag infaller. Säljs i matbutiker,konditorier och fik. Finns några varianter av den om man inte gillar madelmassan som gömmer sig under locket med grädden. Väldigt lätt att göra och gott.

Cream Puffs - one of my most favorite desserts! I adore these! I chose to fill them with both pastry cream and whipped cream then cover in chocolate sauce - in my opinion this is they way they should be made.

Cream Puffs. Almost the same as I make, I do not add sugar, and after two minutes put all four eggs in at one time, and use a spoon to put them on the parchment paper. Small puffs can also used for hors d'oeuvres, suffing with your favorite filling. They are Good.ap
