basic body weight workout plan - do exercises throughout the day (or all at once) with goal of completing before day end

these aren't unhealthy ideas! these are great tips! however you don't have to go to bed hungry, a small snack (a yogurt, handful of almonds, something) if you need it is fine. not sleeping because you're hungry is not a good thing

    #18 will not work. Cannot go to bed hungry my sleep will suffer. have to have a light snack.

Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.

These are actually good tips; not too hard, not too strict, but still effective.

I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!
